Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate individuals who bring not only professional experience, but a deep personal commitment to the youth and families we serve.

Each member of our team has their own “why”, whether it comes from lived experience, years of working in the community, or a calling to support young people during some of the most important moments of their lives. Together, we bring a combination of knowledge, compassion, and real-world understanding to everything we do.

We understand that helping a young person reach their full potential takes more than encouragement alone. It requires consistency, structure, and routines that build confidence, stability, and long-term success.

That’s where we come in.

We don’t just work with youth—we stand beside them. We create safe spaces, build trust, and provide the guidance they need until they are able to walk confidently on their own path.

As a team, we are committed to guiding youth to discover their worth, build confidence, and find their purpose.

Because every young person deserves a path forward.

Daisy Vargas
CEO & Founder

I founded Path to Purpose after more than a decade of working closely with youth and families—and seeing a gap that couldn’t be ignored.

As a mentor, community liaison, and licensed foster parent, I’ve supported young people facing trauma, emotional challenges, and uncertainty about their future. I’ve seen their strength, but I’ve also seen how often they lack the guidance and safe spaces they need to truly thrive.

Path to Purpose was built from both concern and hope—concern for the youth who feel overlooked, and hope because I’ve witnessed what’s possible when they are seen, heard, and believed in.

We exist to guide youth to discover their worth, build confidence, and find their purpose.

Because every young person deserves a path forward.

Adriana Alvarez
Treasury

Hi, I’m Adriana Alvarez, proud owner of Adriana Alvarez Photography. This year marks 10 incredible years of doing what I love most—capturing beautiful moments that will be cherished for a lifetime.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me cycling or enjoying the outdoors. My husband and I love spending time camping and hiking together.

I’ve been married to my best friend for 32 years, and we’re now embracing this sweet season as empty nesters. We’re beyond blessed with three amazing adult children and three wonderful grandchildren.

I’m also honored to be part of the Path to Purpose team, supporting wherever I’m needed. My passion for foster youth has been close to my heart for many years. Over a 10-year span, we opened our home to 18 incredible teens. Being a foster mom was one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and it’s something I truly miss.
